We are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.

 

Shipping charges are based on the total price of the products you order,

and the rates are as follows:

 

up to $30.00...........................$5.95

from $30.01 to $80.00..............$7.95

from $80.01 to $140.00............$9.95

from $140.01 to $200.00.........$11.95

over $200.00..........................$13.95

 

Most of the items you purchase will be shipped directly to you by the manufacturer. We will keep you informed as to when and how your products(s) have been shipped

based on the information we obtain from each manufacturer. Most items will ship within a week, and quite often, within a day or two. Custom orders and engraved and personalized products will usually take longer. If delivery time is an issue for you, please email us before you place your order, and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

 

 

 

Beds, engraved and personalized items, custom made and special order merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if there is a manufacturer's defect, or if we have made a mistake in the personalization, we will certainly exchange the item for you, with our apologies.

 

Whenever you purchase any item from us, and upon inspection you determine that the item is defective, we will certainly exchange the item for you, with our apologies.

 

If you receive an item from us, other than a bed, an item that has been personalized or engraved, or a custom made or special order, and you decide you want to return it to us, you will need to contact us, within 10 days of when you receive it, for a Return Authorization Number and also the correct "Ship to" address. Items that come back to us without the RA Number will not be accepted. Please be advised that there will be a 20% restocking fee charged for all returned items. Products must be unused and in a resalable condition. They must be in, or accompanied by, all the original packaging materials. The original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest that you insure your package, since we cannot be responsible for returned merchandise we do not receive.

 

 

 

We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third parties under any circumstances. We will always comply with valid legal processes (subpoenas, warrants, etc.) as required by law.

 

 

 

We will collect Sales Tax, at the rate of 6.5%, on all orders delivered to addresses within the State of Florida.
